When you join the waitlist we collect your work email and, if you choose to give them, your first name, company name, team size and the module you would like first.

Why we use it

To manage the waitlist and email you about your place. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

Hosting and database: Cloudflare, Inc. Email delivery, when we email you: Resend. We do not sell your data.

Analytics

We do not use analytics at the moment. If we add it, we will update this page.

How to withdraw consent or be removed

Email support@oraxisresearch.com or use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. We will remove your details within 30 days.

Retention

We keep waitlist details until you join or ask to be removed, and no longer than 24 months.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
